JD and Chucho, two best friends from Los Angeles, grow up in the middle of a multi-generational plague of addiction and violence. JD wants to use his pedigree to run the streets like his father did in the 80s and provide for his grandparents Pop and Cuca. Chucho wants to escape the claws of his dope fiend mother, make some fast money and impress JD but when Chucho’s demons appear on the street corner; rules are broken and JD must pay and he must pay with bloodshed.
